Buses on the street outside. • A stone's throw from Omnipollos Kyrka, Käcks Bageri, and Delibruket, etc. • Close to promenades and parks like Bällsta river, Golfängarna, Lötsjön, Råstasjön, and Maraboupark. The property owner must approve the choice of tenant. No possibility to take over the contract at the end of the period.
