Cozy Cottage at Östra Stranden near the University We are renting out our cozy cottage at Östra Stranden to a responsible student at Halmstad University during the autumn semester. The cottage is located right by the sea and has a lovely location with only about 10 minutes by bike to the university. Here you can enjoy the proximity to the beach and, for the brave, take a dip all year round. There's also the possibility to park a car in the garden. The cottage consists of: Bedroom with double bed Living room with sofa bed Dining room with a large dining table that seats six people Smaller but functional kitchen Large and lovely terrace The cottage is equipped with an air source heat pump for both heating and cooling, making it comfortable to live in regardless of the season. We are looking for a responsible and conscientious student who wants to live in a quiet and pleasant environment with the sea as the closest neighbor. Electricity is not included, and the tenant signs their own electricity contract.
