Here you live in Stockholm's inner archipelago, with both lake and sea close by, and can unwind, enjoy nature, and experience the tranquility by the water. The accommodation has four bedrooms, one with a double bed, a sofa bed for two in living room 2, which also has a luxurious air mattress, and a cozy separate guest house that can be used from early spring to late autumn, providing extra privacy. The house is available from 1/11-26 and approximately 1-2 years ahead. Primarily, the house is rented out to companies. The length of the contract is negotiable. The house is fully equipped for comfortable living, including 2 newly renovated bathrooms, and offers beautiful lake views, a sauna, a large sunny terrace, a barbecue, and a fireplace. Guests also have access to a rowing boat, two SUP boards, bicycles, and life jackets - perfect for swimming, paddling, and exploring both forest, lake, and sea. At the sandy beach just below the house, there are both bathing piers and a trampoline, as well as a communal barbecue area. In winter, the lake is plowed with tracks for ice skating and walking, with cross-country ski tracks nearby. The sledding hill is right on the property. Located in a quiet and peaceful environment close to seaside baths, archipelago, and public transport, Sjövillan is perfect for families, friends, or small groups looking for space, nature, and relaxation near the city. Buses 425 and 445 take only 20 minutes to central Stockholm, while bus 422 takes about 40 minutes. The house is rented fully furnished.
