Two rooms are rented out in a basement with a private entrance, fresh toilet with shower, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. You have access to a large fenced garden and we are happy to rent to a student with a dog (but no bitches in heat as we have an unneutered male dog). With the current tenant, we have helped with dog walking, and we would like a similar cooperation with the upcoming tenant. The rooms have furniture by agreement, but the current tenant has used one as a bedroom and the other as a living room. The price refers to the rental of both rooms.
