Rent out a bright and spacious room of 15 sqm in a fresh three-room apartment of 84 sqm. The apartment is located directly opposite Malmö City Hall. The reason the room becomes available is that my current roommate Kim is moving in with her boyfriend after we have lived together for three fun years. Moving in is possible from October 1st. About the room and the apartment - The room is rented unfurnished, except for a large white wardrobe and a black shelf that remain. - You have full access to all shared spaces: a large kitchen, a lovely living room as well as hallway and bathroom.
 What is included in the rent? - The rent is 5000 SEK per month. - Everything is included in the rent: electricity, hot water, heating and broadband.
 Location and transport - The location can hardly be better with short walking distances to Triangeln, train station, bus stops, grocery stores, cafes and parks.
 Who lives here? You will share the apartment with me, Leo. I love movies and have appreciated having a home where you can both close the door behind you and hang out together. Kim and I have had many pleasant game nights, movie nights and wine nights out in the courtyard with our neighbors. We have a very social community.
