Silverskattsvägen, Åkersberga

We are renting out our sweet row house in Sweden in a beautiful relatively new built area (2020) close to the nature and the waters. It is very child friendly with fantastic playgrounds and a good pump track. The bus takes you to Arninge and Åkersberga and not too far away is the train station for Roslagsbanan that takes you to Stockholm City in about 35min. The house is an edge house with a decent size garden, including a trampolin. The main bedroom faces the tranquil forest and the quietness is healing. Only a few hundred meters down the road is a dock taking you out to the waters where you can access kayaks, SUPs etc as a member of the Swedish Outdoor Association. Åkersberga and Österåker is a beautiful area to live in. Many great grocery stores, bike paths along the roads and in the forests. Many gym alternatives and sport clubs. Here you can truly live and experience the Swedish work life balance. We are renting our house in my home town as we primarily will live abroad. We know how important it is to find a home away from home.
