I am renting out a room in my well-planned three-room apartment in Bredäng, but only to a female tenant as we will share common spaces. Since I work a lot and am basically only home in the apartment to sleep, I am looking for a lodger. This means that you will have a lot of privacy and peace and quiet at home. Layout The room: bright, fresh, and furnished. Bathroom: Very practical layout with both a large bathroom (with toilet) and a separate extra WC. Common areas: Fully equipped kitchen and hallway. Access to the large living room is also included, provided that we both behave and keep order. Communications & Location Bredäng Center: Only a 7-8 minute walk to the center and the subway (Red line). Commuting: The subway takes you to Stockholm Central in about 19 minutes, and to Liljeholmen in around 10 minutes. Local environment: Very close to Bredängsskolan, services, grocery stores, and green areas. What is included in the rent (5,000 SEK/month) - Electricity and heating - Wi-Fi / Internet
