Renting out my wonderful 1-bedroom apartment located as central as it gets in Gothenburg between the cathedral and the Brunnsparken. The reason for renting it out is that I am moving in with my fiancée. The apartment has a lovely open floor plan and a completely renovated bathroom that gives a spa feeling, the bathroom is equipped with a combined washer-dryer, but there is also a shared laundry room in the courtyard. Outside the window, there is a cozy courtyard where only the residents have access. The bedroom has good storage options in the large wardrobe and also includes a basement storage room. The floor plan shows the apartment before the bathroom renovation so the wall is now at the previous wardrobe which has been removed.
