Hello! A room in Husby is available for rent from the first of October! The rent includes electricity, address, and broadband at 4600 SEK/month. A one-month deposit is 5000 SEK, which will be returned provided that everything in the room is not damaged. For rent to a non-smoking person, no pets, no children, and no partying, preferably a woman who works or studies. There is also a laundry room and a recycling station nearby. I am renting out the bedroom in my apartment. The apartment is 3 rooms and kitchen over 82 sqm. I live in one of the bedrooms and rent out the other bedroom. We share all costs for operating the apartment between two people 50/50 and share the kitchen and bathroom. The metro blue line towards Akalla, 20 min from T Centralen, good communications, the metro is a 5-minute walk and a 10-minute walk to Kista. There is a bus that goes from Husby center to Danderyd station to get closer to the University and the Royal Institute of Technology.
