The apartment is in good condition, has a sauna, is 34.5 square meters in size, and is well-equipped. The building includes a drying room, a bicycle storage place, and a spacious storage cage. It's about a fifteen-minute bike ride to the city center. Buses leave from nearby. Several shops, a pharmacy, a swimming hall, various sports facilities, and a school are located in the vicinity. Rent 550€/month + water based on consumption + own electricity contract. Water is paid separately according to an apartment-specific measurement. The housing company determines the monthly fee, and once a year there is a settlement fee. The water advance payment is 15€/month. The security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.
