You who rent must be able to provide proof of salary/employment or similar to verify income and have reference from a previous landlord. Only one tenant is accepted. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. Good communication with buses - both city buses in Norrtälje and close to the bus station with buses in all directions. Bus 676 to Stockholm departs every 4-5 minutes during rush hour. I own the apartment but do not live there, hence the rental. Subletting is approved by the association.
