The house is located in the Breared district in Varberg. It is walking distance to the beach, store, liquor store, pharmacy, etc. The nearest beach is Apelviken with its salty baths. You can lie on sand or beach grass. If you want to go to the center, it takes about ten minutes by bike. Alternatively, a walk of about half an hour. With a bike, you can also reach the many beaches on Getterön. If you cycle south, you reach Träslövsläge in 15 minutes. Träslövsläge is a fishing village with restaurants and shops. If you want to take a ride with the car, you can reach Gothenburg in about 45 minutes, Falkenberg in 25 minutes, Ullared in about 30 minutes, Copenhagen in 2 hours and 15 minutes. The house has three parking spaces directly outside the door. Inside the house, on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed. Outside there is a large terrace with a grill and outdoor furniture. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The house is available from September 1, possibly earlier. Electricity (according to estimate), water, waste, and heating are included.
