Hansebräckavägen, Styrsö

Villa Fridhem is located on Styrsö in the Southern Archipelago of Gothenburg. It is an Art Nouveau villa built in 1904 that was originally constructed as a customs officer's residence and is situated in the island’s beautiful old fishing community. The residence is comprised of the house's upper floor, which has a balcony with a sea view and its own separate entrance. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer and in the garden access to a cozy patio. The residence is partially furnished, and the rent includes wifi. Electricity and heating are charged based on consumption. I live myself on the ground floor, and my household also includes two cats and six lovely hens. The house is located 5 minutes from the ferry terminal Styrsö Tången, where the boat goes directly to Saltholmen. In the morning and afternoon, the boat also goes to and from Lindholmspiren and Stenpiren. Otherwise, express bus 114 and tram 11 go from Saltholmen to the city center. It is easy to get to and from the city, and the boat trip is very beautiful. In the summer (June, July, and August), I rent out the upper floor on a daily basis to tourists and summer guests.
