Tenant orders their own electricity. The apartment was refurbished in spring 2026, as part of returning the house to as original a condition as possible, but with today's comfort. Here are narrow, steep stairs, low ceilings, and large windows that create plenty of light and air in the rooms. We have furnished the house with colors and interior that reflect the time when the house was new. It is about 3 minutes walk to the bus, ferry quay, shops, restaurants, and most other things.
