Tjusta Gård, Rosersberg

Tjusta Gård is renting out a wing building! Tjusta Gård is located between Upplands-Väsby and Arlanda along Almungevägen. The farm has 15 households and a golf facility, Tjusta GK. Moreover, the farm is a "living farm" without animals except the landlord's dogs. The house has 2 bedrooms and a large hall, toilet and bathroom on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with a fireplace, living room, dining room and office also with a fireplace and a toilet. The house is from the early 1800s and was last renovated in 2018 and includes underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Moreover, the heating is water-borne. The house has 2 entrances and a large patio facing our golf course. Fiber is installed. It includes a carport/storage for 2 cars with charging capability. To get to Stockholm, it takes about 25 minutes by car (without traffic) or you can take the commuter train from Rosersberg. We are looking for tenants who are preferably free from pets and smoking. The rent is 21,500 SEK/month including heating, which means heating and hot water are included. The additional cost is household electricity, which is read as a sub-meter for the farm, so it’s not a huge amount. To live at Tjusta, you should have access to a car as public transportation is negligible.
