I am renting out my nice studio apartment because I work abroad. It is a cozy little apartment that has everything you need. The tram runs on the street outside and takes you to the central station in ten minutes. A convenience store is within walking distance and a larger grocery store is within cycling distance. The apartment is fully furnished as in the pictures, the only difference being that the bed has been replaced with a smaller one. There is a shared laundry room outside in the yard. The rent includes furniture, electricity, heating, and internet.
