The Midsommarkransen subway is 600m away (about a 6-8 minute walk). Close to Västberga Handel (Stora coop, Rusta, STC). Bicycle storage and attic storage available. Gas, electricity, and internet are additional costs on top of the rent. We are looking for a long-term and reliable tenant. Some furniture, such as the bed, may be purchased by the tenant upon agreement. The move-in date is somewhat flexible.
