Welcome to this cozy 'Attefall' house (30 square meters) that is newly built. It is stylishly and tastefully decorated and all amenities are available (hot water, washing machine, dryer, etc.). About 4-5 minutes walk to the beach. The house has its own driveway and plot as well as a terrace around the entire house. Here, the sun shines from morning to afternoon. There is also a terrace up on the hill with sun even in the early evening. Both outdoor areas are furnished, and both a grill and heat lamps are available. The cabin has a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a kitchen+living room combined with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, stove with 4 hot plates and oven. There is a built-in smaller dining table with dining space for two, or you can sit by the sofa and coffee table if there are more people. There is also a sleeping loft with a double mattress. This can also be used for storage. Good transport links from Stockholm, about 45 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by car. Bus stop about 250 m from the house. No pets allowed and no smoking indoors. Everything is included in the rent except for electricity. The house has a new air heating pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Move-in and move-out dates can be discussed!
