Newly built furnished room of 12 sqm for rent from the 1st of September to a non-smoking/drug-free person without strong perfumes. The room is not completely finished now. It will be painted and given a door (with its own lock) and furnished. The picture shows a possible furnishing with a small sofa and a large desk. Of course, there is a bed, two wardrobes, and the possibility for a small bedside table. What furniture will be in the room depends on what the tenant wants. For example, a long curtain is possible. Please note that the rent is 500 SEK lower during September and October! Thereafter, the rent is 5000 SEK/month. Here live five lodgers from different countries and myself with my friendly cat.
