A cozy apartment in scenic Kallhäll in a property built in the 50s. There is a pool in the yard that is open during the summer. The yard is very large and green. It is located close to both the commuter train station (less than 10 min. walk) and the center. Forest and Lake Mälaren are also within an attractive distance. I have painted all the walls since moving in a little over four years ago. It has old nice details, such as herringbone parquet in the living room and a nice original door to the previously mentioned room. The balcony is generously sized and gets afternoon/evening sun. The stove and refrigerator are newly purchased. There are two TVs, both wall-mounted. I am renting because I have inherited another residence and I want to wait for this one to increase in value before selling it. In a few years, a pipe replacement is scheduled. If it occurs while you, as subtenants, live here, there is an option to leave the residence. The shower is not a shower cabin. I felt that it would be a better solution than re-tiling the bathroom, knowing that a pipe replacement would take place.
