🌿 Charming cottage in Boo gård, Nacka - close to nature but near the city We are renting out our cottage with a private location on the property in Boo gård, right next to Trollsjöns nature reserve. Here you live undisturbed with the forest at your doorstep, while you can reach Stockholm in about 20-25 minutes by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. The cottage is approximately 35 m² (excluding storage space and laundry room) and consists of: • Kitchen with space for a small dining area • Living room with space for a sofa and dining/work area • Newly installed stove that not only adds coziness but also provides a lot of heat • Bedroom with space for a 120 cm bed and wardrobe • Toilet with shower • Generous terrace with space for outdoor furniture and barbecue • Storage space and access to a private laundry room The cottage also comes with its own parking space, and pets are welcome. Water and waste are included in the rent, electricity is excluded. Several swimming spots by both lake and sea are within walking distance. We who rent out are a family with children living in the main building. Our wish is for a quiet and secure tenant looking for a long-term residence. The cottage is best suited for one person (or two who enjoy being close).
