The private driveway and yard area are plowed in winter. The tenant is responsible for the maintenance of the environment around the house, such as mowing the lawn in the summer and snow removal in the winter. The tenant is allowed to have at least a small kitchen garden. The residence includes two terraces, one facing north and the other south. The sauna is accompanied by a bathroom, WC, and utility room. The rent includes electricity and water. Water comes from a private drilled well. We make our own rental agreement and request a two-month deposit. The rental period is one year. If the year has gone smoothly, a new agreement can be made, which will then be valid until further notice. Because electricity is included in the rent, we may need to discuss rent increases if the price of electricity rises. Otherwise, the rent is tied to an index. The bus service on the main road is infrequent. The nearest services are in the center of Porvoo, 8 km away.
