I am renting out a furnished room in a quiet and pleasant residence with a very good location in Tyresö, about a 5-minute walk from Tyresö Centrum with shops, services, and good connections to Stockholm. The room is approximately 9.2 m² and also has its own wardrobe with good storage options. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and storage. As a tenant, you have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom, as well as a large balcony. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, stove, and oven. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. You share the residence with me and the tenant of the other room. I work most of the day, usually around 10 hours per day and seven days a week, and am therefore away a lot.
