Furnished and well-maintained 2-room apartment of 40 sqm in a very quiet residential area in Andalen, Torslanda. The accommodation is particularly suitable for weekly commuters, consultants, entrepreneurs, or others who are looking for a comfortable temporary stay for a shorter or longer period. The apartment is a secluded part of our villa with its own entrance and private terrace. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and good wardrobe storage, as well as a living room with a sofa and dining area. The dining table also works well as a workspace and the residence has fast and stable fiber internet. The kitchen is compact and equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, two hotplates, and a smaller oven. It is best suited for simpler cooking. There is a bathroom with a shower in the apartment. Outside, there is a large private terrace with a gas grill. Electricity, heating, water, WiFi, and your own parking space are included. Bed linen and towels are also available. Electric car charging can be arranged by agreement. Here you live close to nature and very quietly with the sea, swimming areas, and a golf course nearby. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Volvo Torslanda, about 15 minutes to Arendal/Gothenburg harbor, and about 30 minutes to central Gothenburg. The nearest grocery store is about 5 minutes away by car. There is also a bus to the center of Gothenburg, but it is about a 30-minute walk to the bus stop. Therefore, having a car is by far the most convenient way to live here and get around. The apartment is best suited for one person, but it can also work for two. Smoking and pets are not allowed. We are open to both weekly commuting and longer rental periods. The stated rent is a starting point and can be adjusted depending on the rental period, arrangement, and what service is desired. For companies renting the accommodation for a consultant, entrepreneur, or employee, we can also offer cleaning and changing of bed linen every other week.
