Myggdalsvägen, Tyresö

I am renting out a furnished room of approximately 7.6 m² in a quiet and pleasant residence with a very good location in Tyresö, about a 5-minute walk from Tyresö Center with shops, services, and good communications to Stockholm. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and storage possibilities. As a tenant, you have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom as well as a large balcony. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, stove, and oven. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. The residence is shared with me and another tenant who rents the other room, preferably also a student. So, we will be a maximum of three people sharing the residence. I work most parts of the day, usually about 10 hours per day and seven days a week, and therefore I am away a lot. The accommodation is well suited for those who appreciate a quiet environment, the possibility of privacy, and a good place for studies. Primarily, I am looking for a well-behaved and responsible student or other person who is seeking a calm and long-term accommodation. Guest parking is available in the area.
