Henriksdalskajen, Stockholm

This dwelling is located on the cozy Henriksdal quay, overlooking the promenade around the water. With many birds playing down here, there is always something to gaze at from the large windows. The apartment has two bedrooms and a loggia that we have used as a bedroom. There is a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and large freezer for the passionate cook. A planned change of floors and repainting of the apartment is taking place now in September. Included in the rent is electricity, heating, hot water, wifi, and parking space, there is also a charging pole, but of course, you pay for the charging yourself. The apartment is unfurnished, but we can assist with furniture if needed. It is a 5-minute walk to the Henriksdal bus stop which takes you to Slussen in 5 minutes, or you can take the light rail just outside (Sickla Udde) to Gullmars in 10. The dates I have set for renting are somewhat flexible.
