Hello, my name is Jonathan and I have a 20 sqm room to rent out in a shared apartment in central Gothenburg. The entire apartment is just over 80 sqm and is located in a beautiful neighborhood from the early 1900s with a shared courtyard, next to a street with many galleries, a bakery, a yoga studio, etc. The apartment has three rooms. I live in what could perhaps be called the living room. A smaller room is used by a lodger who works at the university but only visits Gothenburg for short periods. Most often I am alone in the apartment or it is empty if I am away. Therefore, it would feel good to rent out the larger room to someone who may need accommodation in Gothenburg. I primarily intend to rent the room until the turn of the year 2026/2027 but there may be a possibility that a rental can be extended. The room being rented out has a large bay window with a lot of natural light. There is also a built-in wardrobe wall with space for plenty of storage. Currently, there are desk surfaces along the windows and a large sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. This partial furnishing can be used if desired, otherwise, it can be removed. Unfortunately, I cannot accept pets as there are people in the apartment with allergies.
