The small house is lush and secluded with its own entrance at the back of our property, with close proximity to good transportation, public transport, and shops. We have previously rented it out to students, which has worked out excellently, and we are now looking for a new tenant in a similar situation. The rent includes heating, furniture, electricity, and wireless internet (WiFi). Who are we looking for? The small house is designed for one to two people (suitable for a single person but also as compact living for a couple, but not for larger families or children). We are renting it out for an indefinite period with one month's mutual notice.
