The apartment has an open and bright floor plan consisting of a living room and kitchen en suite. Additionally, there is a bedroom and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The monthly fee includes electricity, water, and heating. The apartment is rented out partially furnished. There are kitchen curtains, a kitchen table, 4 kitchen chairs, a TV stand, a 55-inch TV, living room curtains, and bedroom curtains. On the private balcony, there is a sunbed and a seating group with a coffee table. Please note - the pictures in the ad are examples of how previous guests have chosen to furnish. Furniture and decor not mentioned above are not included. The residence is within walking distance of, among others, Nordic Wellness, ICA Maxi, and Hede Fashion outlet. Hede commuter train station is a 5-minute walk away, and from there you can reach Gothenburg Central Station in 23 minutes. During September and October, there will be an opportunity to view the apartment by appointment.
