Charlottenberg, Sigtuna

We are renting out our newly and completely refurbished home in Charlottenberg, a few kms from beautiful Sigtuna. The main house has; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower, 1 ensuite with a bath), a washroom, a groventre or wet room, a kitchen, a dining area, an entrance hall (which can also be used a sitting area), a lounge with wood-burning stove and an additional living areas. The house has been completely renovated; new bathrooms, new kitchen and appliances, new washroom, new floors, new lighting and complete electrical circuit maintenance, new wardrobes, new paint. The house has triple glazing and we are in the process of upgrading the heating system to make it more cost effective to run in the winter. Please note the garage and outside room are not currently heated. Outside there is a wooden deck which runs around the one side of the house, with a spa pool. We also have an outside room, a large double garage (with 2 EV charge points) and a wood shed. The house is set in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood, with only 4 houses close by and backs onto a forest on a 2144kvm plot. The school bus leaves from close by. It is ideal for families with children or those who enjoy the outdoors, however Sigtuna, Märsta and Arlanda are all close by. It's a 45 min drive down the E4 into Stockholm. Please note rental does not include electricity, waste disposal and minor fees for road maintenance and chimney sweeping.
