Jälleenvuokraan rakkaan kotini Vallilasta syyskuun lopusta alkaen. Vuokra-aika riippuu kauanko olen itse matkoilla, mutta siinä on joustoa. 💛 Asunnossa neliöitä 31, mutta tuntuu neliöitään suuremmalta hyvän pohjaratkaisun takia. Lähes satavuotias talo tarjoaa lautalattiat, alkuperäiset ovet, korkeat huoneet ja tiiliseinän. Tunnelmallinen sisustus on ottanut inspiraatiota mummolasta. 💛 Asunto koostuu keittiöstä, olohuone/makuuhuoneesta ja kylpyhuoneesta. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu jääkaapilla ja pakastimella, uunilla, liedellä, mikroaaltouunilla, astianpesukoneella, kahvinkeittimellä, vedenkeittimellä ja astioilla. Säädettävä ruokapöytä mahdollistaa myös vieraiden mahtumisen. 💛Taloyhtiöstä pyykkitupa ja pyörävarasto. 💛 Alue on rauhallinen mutta samalla vireä ja erinomaiset kulkuyhteydet moneen suuntaan (bussi, raitiovaunu ja metro kulman takana). 💛 Hinta sisältää netin, sähkön ja veden. The nearly 100-year-old building offers wooden floors, original doors, high ceilings, and a brick wall. The cozy interior is inspired by a vintage, homely style. 💛 The apartment has a dishwasher, and there is a shared laundry room in the building. The bed is 140 cm, so it can accommodate two people. 💛 The apartment has a kitchen, living room/bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and tableware. The adjustable dining table can fit extra guests. 💛 The rent includes water, electricity and internet and is negotiable depending on the duration of the stay. 💛 Preference given to non-smoking tenants and renting for the entire period. The Vallila area is very charming, with a district of wooden houses visible from the window. It’s both peaceful and vibrant, with cozy cafés, restaurants, and bars just around the corner. The apartment is located between two main roads, providing easy access by bus or tram to many directions, yet it remains quiet inside as it’s on a side street. There are also three grocery stores within just a few minutes’ walk. Within walking distance, you’ll also find the metro and the lively Kallio area, full of bars and restaurants. The city center is about 15 minutes away by public transport.
