The apartment has two bedrooms, and you will share the bathroom, living room, and kitchen with me. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment has both a dishwasher and a washing machine. You only pay rent. Everything else – electricity, internet, and communal costs, are included. Note: The furniture shown in the pictures belonged to the previous owner and is not mine – I have ordered new furniture for the common areas. The bedroom is unfurnished, so the tenant must bring their own bed and other furniture for the room. From Østre Berg 14, there are good bus connections with AtB into the city center and further to the places of study in the city, including BI and NTNU.
