Rent: 6000 SEK per month including heating, electricity, and parking. We offer a small apartment on the ground floor of our sloping villa because the family does not use this part of the villa. We have previously rented the apartment to weekly commuters and students, and this has worked well. We are therefore looking for a similar tenant for new rental. The apartment is approximately 20 m2 and has its own shower and toilet, mini kitchen / Trinette kitchen with two hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven. Access to a shared laundry room is available on the same floor right next to the apartment. Access to free parking for one car. Access to wireless internet (WiFi) is available. Since the WiFi is connected via wireless 5G, this service is not guaranteed. See it as an opportunity. NOTE! The apartment is under no circumstances rented to families or adults with children. The apartment is simply not large enough or suitable for this, and is only suitable for ONE person. Only inquiries from interested individuals who are single applicants will be answered. Since we have children at home, it is a requirement that applicants speak perfect Swedish, and thus only applications in Swedish will be considered. We have two outdoor cats who are not seeking company but who come in once a day. Analogously, you should not be allergic to cats. If you want to impress me, you write in your application that it is "ok with cat." This is because most people do not read the entire ad they are responding to. You will immediately be in a better position if you have come all this way. The apartment is rented indefinitely with one month's mutual notice. If the rental goes smoothly, our goal is for it to be long-term (as it has been before).
