The residence is to be sold in the long term and will have viewings about once a month, with a rent reduction of 700kr/month for cleaning before viewings. I can consider renting out for at least a year with the reservation that the residence can be sold with a notice period of 2 months. Looking for a person who takes responsibility, is clean, and cleans thoroughly once a week. Previous tenants have said they would clean but have not lived up to it. In winter, one may need to shovel snow in front of the entrance and veranda. Requirements for stable income, documentation is required, and a possible criminal record check may occur. Electricity and heating are included in the rent. Internet can be added for a fee of 450kr/month. TV is available but requires internet to watch channels.
