Apartment near the water in Hornstull for rent due to a longer stay abroad. The apartment is very fresh, most surfaces renovated in recent years (floors, walls) and bathroom fixtures changed. Shared rooftop terrace and laundry room both of which can be booked. Plenty of storage for 35 sqm (three wardrobes, hallway storage, cabinets with doors above bed, sideboard and large kitchen cabinets). Super nice balcony high up in the building with a view towards the water in one direction (lake glimpse) and sun from early morning to midday, gets warm! The apartment stays cool in summer and warm in winter. Charming preserved original kitchen. Extra countertop can be folded up on the wall in the kitchen during large baking sessions. It is possible to close off around the bedroom for privacy and to keep the sun out, but note that there are glass sliding doors facing the kitchen (very little sunlight comes in there though). Rented fully furnished including kitchen equipment, crockery, vacuum cleaner etc. The bed is 160 cm. Note that the photos where the bed is visible are from when I bought the apartment, but it looks the same apart from the flowers. Pets not automatically approved but open for discussion. Electricity not included. The apartment is located on a quiet street a stone's throw from the water (Reimers holme, Långholmen) and a short walk from Hornstull center with Hornstull red line metro station. Bus 54 and 66 are 100 meters from the apartment.
