There is a shared kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, etc., as well as a shared toilet/shower/laundry room. The room is rented furnished with a single bed, office chair, wardrobe and desk. Currently, nice guys live here on the floor who study at the university. They keep it clean, quiet, and orderly in the house and are looking for a nice guy with the same habits who enjoys living in a student collective. Rent with a direct agreement is 5,950 SEK per month.
