We are a family living in a villa in Fålhagen (about 5-10 min walk to the central station). We rent out rooms on our upper floor, 5 in total, of which one is available from October. In addition to the five rooms, there is a shared kitchen with accompanying kitchen equipment, two toilets with showers, one of which has a washing machine/dryer. The conservatory/terrace on the layout is not available at the moment, but a terrace is planned to be built. The room can be rented with simpler furnishings. It's a very nice group living there now, so good community is obviously important. The rent includes electricity, internet, and water.
