Title: Furnished 3-Room Apartment – 5 Min Walk from Ekonomikum Description: I’m renting out my fully furnished 66 m² apartment on Fredsgatan, just a 5-minute walk from Ekonomikum. The location is really convenient for students, with most university buildings and student nations within walking distance. The nearest grocery store, ICA Lutagatan Livs, is also only around 250 metres away. The apartment is on the third floor and has a bedroom, a separate study/office room, and a spacious living room connected to the kitchen. There’s also a balcony and a modern bathroom. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven and microwave. The bedroom has a large 210 cm king-size bed, and there are two TVs in the apartment. In the living room there’s also a wine cooler and a sound system connected to the TV, which can also be used with Spotify. The apartment comes fully furnished and is ready to move into. If needed, I can also provide things like plates, kitchenware and bed linen, so you don’t necessarily need to bring much with you. Included in the rent: * Heating * Water * Internet Electricity is paid separately. There’s also a shared laundry room in the building, bicycle storage in the basement and a shared courtyard. I’m ideally looking to rent it out for the academic year, roughly from September until the end of May/beginning of June, but I’m flexible with the exact dates.
