I am considering renting out my two-room apartment in Bjølsen in Oslo due to a stay abroad. I am primarily looking for a short-term rental with a start date from early October to the end of December. I usually live in the apartment and am very fond of my home. Therefore, the most important thing for me is to find a tenant who is clean, tidy, and will treat both my apartment and my furniture as their own. I am therefore willing to discuss the rental period and other terms for the right tenant. The apartment is 53 square meters, on the 5th floor (no elevator), with through-lighting and fantastic lighting conditions ✨ The bedroom faces a quiet backyard. It is located in a calm and pleasant residential area right by Akerselva and with easy access to public transport (both tram, bus, and subway). Electricity and heating are included in the rent.
