Bright rental unit with its own entrance and toilet. The room is 13.5 m² with new wooden flooring, and the room is rented furnished with a 120 cm bed, table and chairs, and a large chest of drawers. A closet in the hallway and a small kitchen with a microwave, Nespresso machine, and two newer model hotplates, as well as a TV with TV channels, are included. Crockery and a mat are included if desired. In the basement, there is a fresh shower shared with others but rarely used by anyone. Electricity, TV, water, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. I am looking for a responsible and calm tenant as it is sound-efficient in the house. The room is intended for one person – no overnight guest, unless in exceptional cases. The room is rented out until June 2027 with possible extension. A one-month deposit is requested. I am renting out the room because my son, who lives there, is studying in another location.
