Balcony facing south towards the courtyard. About 300 m walk to the sea. 3rd floor, elevator available in the stairwell. Close to bus connections. - Fresh and comfortable apartment. Rented out furnished. I have the possibility to store something in my basement storage before rental if desired. An inventory list is established at the time of rental. - Broadband/TV included in the rent (Download and upload speed 250 Mbit/s). About you who are applying: - Looking for immediate move-in and prefer a longer rental period (around/up to 12 months). - Maximum two tenants. - Non-smoking. - Responsible. To be returned in good and clean condition. - Requirement to obtain your own home insurance during the rental period and show proof before moving in. - Note that the board of my condominium association must approve my application with the proposed sub-tenant. I will forward a form from Bostadsrätterna when applicable and submit it. Viewing: Video presentation/tour can be sent. On-site viewing upon agreement between both parties.
