My partner and I are renting out our apartment due to studies in another location. The rental starts on September 16th with a 1-year contract and in accordance with the rules for subletting a condominium. The apartment is located in lovely Gamla Enskede with a 5-minute walk to Sandsborg subway and the green line. It takes about 8 minutes to Medborgarplatsen and 15 minutes to the Central Station. The apartment has original flooring from 1926, a kitchen from 2022, and a renovated layout in 2024 for a separate bedroom. The apartment will be rented out partly furnished with a bed, sofa, and dining set. The association has its own parking and a private garden with shared seating, a grill area, and the possibility for cultivation in a pallet collar. There is a proper laundry room and bicycle storage in the basement.
