Considering renting out my lovely apartment in Sverresborg to the right person, couple, or small family. The apartment has one bedroom, a spacious living room, and kitchen. The kitchen is recently renovated with a new countertop and fronts. The bathroom has been refurbished and painted. A storage room will also be available in the basement for the tenant, as well as bicycle parking. The apartment is centrally located in Byåsen near access to Bymarka and Byåsen shopping center. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the apartment, and the bus goes downtown in 7-10 minutes. It also goes to St. Olavs in 7-10 minutes. The apartment is for sale, so it must also be available for viewings by tenants. The apartment comes partially furnished, and other furniture can be agreed upon if necessary. Internet is included, but you must sign a separate electricity contract. Electricity costs are approximately 300-500 NOK per month, except December to March when they will increase slightly.
