We are renting out our lovely 3-room apartment of 75 sqm on Roslagsgatan in Vasastan/Östermalm from November 2026 to mid-January 2027. The exact dates for move-in/move-out can be discussed. The apartment has beautiful turn-of-the-century details, a cozy fireplace, and a balcony. There is a bedroom with an additional workspace and a children's room that also works excellently as an office if you work from home. The apartment is fully furnished. The location is fantastic with Odenplan/Hagaparken just a few minutes away and plenty of cafés, restaurants, subway, and grocery stores around the corner. Unfortunately, there is no possibility for a longer rental period. Everything is included in the rent (electricity, water, internet), but you need to arrange your own home insurance.
