I am renting out my peaceful little oasis located on the high ground floor facing the quiet and peaceful garden belonging to the cooperative. The balcony gets morning sun, and later in the day, you can go out to the shared garden and possibly use the common garden grill. Large and cozy bedroom, open living room/kitchen solution. Own bathroom with the possibility for a small dishwasher, but there is a well-equipped communal laundry room with both washers, dryers, and a drying room in the basement. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher, and has plenty of counter space for those who love to cook. Own cozy sofa/TV corner. Note: The pictures were taken when I bought the apartment, so the furniture may be somewhat different from the pictures. I am looking for quiet and calm tenants with a rental perspective of at least 2-3 years.
