I am renting out my studio apartment furnished for the winter, i.e., with a fixed-term lease of 3-4 months. The apartment will be available around the end of October to November. The duration of the lease and specific dates can be negotiated, as well as the furniture and personal belongings (e.g., plants and dishes). Lake view, glazed balcony, floor 6/8, induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, tram stop approx. 300 m away, as well as an S-market. Internet is included in the rent, storage locker is not. Water and electricity can be agreed upon separately. No pets or smoking. Credit information must be in order.
