Furnished 3 rooms and kitchen near the sea – limited rental period until May 30, 2027 Now there is an opportunity to rent our furnished Strand Cottage at Destination Råbocka in Ängelholm. The residence is located quietly and close to nature, approximately 180 meters from the beach and the sea, while Ängelholm's center and station are about 1.5 kilometers away. The cottage is 35 m² and consists of three rooms and a kitchen, including two separate bedrooms, a combined living room and kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The residence is rented out fully furnished and is equipped to be used directly from the day of moving in. In one of the bedrooms, there is a double bed with an upper bunk, primarily suitable for children. In the other bedroom, there is a bunk bed for two people. There are a total of five regular sleeping places. In the living room, there is also a built-in sofa that can be used as a temporary extra bed if needed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, four hotplates, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, as well as crockery, cutlery, and other basic kitchen equipment. There is a dining area with a table, chairs, and a bench. The cottage also has a closet and storage possibilities. Outside the cottage, there is a private wooden deck of approximately 15 m² with outdoor furniture and access to a grassy area. The facility also offers shared BBQ places. The residence is suitable as temporary accommodation, for instance, during work or studies in and around Ängelholm, during a renovation or house construction, for a longer stay in the area, or as corporate housing. The monthly rent includes: • Electricity, heating, and water • Wireless internet • TV with basic channels • Furniture and kitchen equipment • Duvets and pillows • Sheets and towels • A free parking space • Final cleaning after the rental period The tenant has access to shared laundry facilities at the facility. Laundry times are booked via a traditional laundry list and cost 50 SEK per three-hour session. Regular cleaning during the rental period can be ordered separately. RENT AND RENTAL PERIOD Monthly rent: 11,400 SEK The rent is a fixed monthly price and includes electricity, heat, water, internet, and TV. Access can be granted as soon as possible. The residence is rented for a limited period, at the latest until May 30, 2027. The rental period cannot be extended over the summer season. We prioritize a tenant who wishes to rent the residence for the entire or most of the available period. OTHER INFORMATION • The residence is rented out fully furnished • Smoking is not allowed indoors • Pets are welcome by arrangement, with an additional charge of 239 SEK per rental period • The rules of order and conduct for Destination Råbocka must be followed • The tenant is responsible for taking care of the residence, the furniture, and the equipment during the rental period • Valid home insurance must be available during the entire rental period • References, verified income, and customary checks may be requested before signing the contract ABOUT THE AREA Destination Råbocka is located in a quiet and nature-close area next to Kronoskogen and Råbocka beach.
