Rent a cozy apartment in an older house within walking distance to both the bus (1 min) and train (5-10 min). A medium-sized grocery store is also a few minutes' walk away. An outdoor gym and a walking-friendly forest are located just outside the house. Heating is included in the rent and you have access to a private patio (wood deck) in slightly poorer condition, with a planter box. On the property, there are some fruit trees and bushes available. You are expected to be able to help a little with mowing the lawn on the property's grass and shoveling snow on part of the small courtyard. The laundry room is in the basement and is shared with the others in the house. The partial furnishing currently includes a wardrobe and a chest in the stairwell, a small cabinet in the bathroom, lamps in all rooms, and a TV. There are also plates and a few other simple kitchen accessories if desired. Simpler furniture such as a wardrobe, table, chairs, sofa, and bed can be arranged as needed for a low fee. The rental is due to a sluggish sales market. Towards the end of the period, you should be prepared that we may want to have a showing for potential buyers.
