Hello! Due to travel, I am renting out my furnished apartment from September 3, 2026, to February 3, 2027. It is an apartment with a combined kitchen/living room, a large bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom. The apartment is through-going, and the bedroom faces north, while the kitchen/living room faces south with an entrance from the gallery. The apartment is located in the Sofielund collective house, so the accommodation suits you if you are curious about living in a collective house and enjoy being social with your neighbors sometimes. It is a large house with 45 apartments, and residents of all ages. In the house, there are fantastic common areas, such as two large roof terraces, sauna, movie room, music room, movement room, workshop, gym, and dining room. We have communal dinners at least twice a week (participation is of course voluntary), and there are many other activities in the house that you can participate in depending on your interests and energy for the day. Renting my apartment second-hand means you will take over my practical tasks in the house (cooking and cleaning) up to 6 hours a month.
