We are now renting out a relatively newly built Attefall house of about 34 m2 with a terrace/balcony located in a quiet residential area in Kästa (Huddinge, Flemingsberg). Can be used both privately and as an office. Bright and airy with a ceiling height of about 4m. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, and tiled bathroom with washing machine. Fully furnished with a bed for 2 people, sofa bed, TV (incl. Apple TV and access to cable channels), broadband via fiber (100/100) and parking space right outside. The rent also includes water, sewage, garbage collection, and parking. The electricity cost is shared by 3 every month (about 500-700 SEK/month). Preferably rented out for a longer period but a shorter period may also be possible. We wish to rent out to a single resident or a couple. Smoking is not allowed. No pets. The rent is paid in advance and we will require 1 month's rent as a deposit, which is deducted before moving in and refunded after moving out if the house is in good condition.
